Most licenses for our electronic resources allow off-campus access only to currently registered students, faculty, and staff.
- Please note that for access purposes, UPEI Residences are considered to be off-campus
Problems?
1. Test your account by trying to login to Moodle. If you can't login to Moodle, contact ITSS. To submit an ITSS request, or for more information, please visit www.upei.ca/itss.
2. If you can login to Moodle, but not the Library resources, try switching to a different web browser. The Library staff recommends Firefox and Chrome as alternatives to Internet Explorer.
3. If that doesn't solve the problem, contact the Library Staff. Call the Service Desk 566-0583 during the Library's open hours.
